Villa ZAZ is situated in a quiet location, in central Istria. The situation of the villa is idyllic, and combines a peaceful setting together with easy access to major attractions and amenities of Istria. Swimming pool is in the big garden where you can enjoy your holiday or relax on a terrace in a shade.
For those who love to prepare their own food, there is barbecue - ideal place where you can self-cater your own delicacies while spending pleasant evenings with your loved ones.
There is also free parking for three cars. You can have long walks in the village and explore nature. In 25-30 minutes you can drive to beautiful touristic towns in Istria and beaches in Porec, Rovinj, Pula.

Villa ZAZ
We had a great stay at Igor's house. It is a wonderfully beautiful house with a beautiful canopy with outdoor kitchen and a lovely swimming pool. The house is nicely decorated, equipped with air conditioning with everything you need. The view is great and you have many places where you can sit. All the beautiful towns and villages are a half hour drive away. We were pleasantly surprised by all the beautiful towns, the green surroundings and the delicious food. In the village next door there are a number of supermarkets and a DM. There is also a train station and a bus station in Pazin. The contact with Igor was good and he immediately answered Alonso questions. This house and this place are highly recommended!

everything was like in the description! We had a perfect time. the villa had everything we needed and was near to beautiful beaches and pula. supermarket was 5 min. by car. the kids loved the swing in the garden and also had a great time! check in-/ out was very easy. thanks a lot!

We spent a week at home and it was great. The house is perfect for a vacation and has everything. The house is very well designed and you immediately feel at home. Igor is an excellent host and thought of every detail - nothing is missing. Everything is excellently designed, including the pool and outdoor area, everything is green and peaceful and pleasant. The house is a short drive from the main cities in Istria. This is a rare home you won't want to leave. We had a great time! Thank you.

Wir waren für zwei Wochen in der wunderschönen Villa Zaz. Irena und Igor sind sehr freundlich und haben uns beim Check in alles notwendige erklärt und offene Fragen zur Umgebung beantwortet. Der Pool wird alle zwei/drei Tage in der Früh gereinigt, es sind Wechselhandtücher vor Ort und auch sonst alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Für unsere kleine Hündin war der Garten zum toben toll, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein Juwel! Stylische, moderne Villa , sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Top gepflegt durch die Eigentümer. Vielen Dank an Igor und seine Familie. Der Pool ist kühl erfrischend, die tolle Außenküche lässt das Leben im Süden draußen stattfinden, rund um das Haus wurden so viele einladende Plätzchen geschaffen, wir haben es einfach nur genossen! Und als Ausgangspunkt um ganz Istrien zur erkunden auch ideal. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Villa ZAZ
Wir waren im Mai für 7 Tage in Igors Villa ZAZ. Wie schon andere Bewertungen geschrieben haben: euch erwartet exakt das was die Bilder versprechen. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Und sollte doch einmal etwas sein ( uns ging z.B. am ersten Abend das Gas in der Outdoor-Küche aus) bemüht sich Igor schnellstmöglich darum die „Probleme“ aus der Welt zu schaffen. Unser Highlight war zum einen das Poolhaus, wir haben dort jeden Abend verbracht und die Zeit genossen. Einfach ein wundervoller Platz!
Die Lage der Villa ist ebenfalls perfekt, die liegt in einer kleinen Sackgasse und man hat nur einen direkten Gartennachbar ( dort lebt Igors Schwester mit ihrer Familie). Demnach ist es sehr ruhig und in die Straße fährt auch nur derjenige der dort hin möchte. Für Ausflüge in Umgebung liegt die Villa ebenfalls perfekt, in ca. 30 Minuten ist man am Meer oder mitten in der Natur ( der nächste Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Lidl liegt ca. 7 Minuten entfernt).
Eine Info für alle Hundebesitzer: Hunde sind willkommen und das Gelände/ der Garten könnten nicht schöner für die Vierbeiner sein. Und: das Gelände ist rundherum eingezäunt ( sofern ihr kein „Känguru“ habt sollte der Zaun auf jeden Fall reichen 😃).
Alles in allem hatte wir eine perfekte Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein wahrer Traum in Istrien !

Villa ZAZ
Wir waren im Sommer 2021 eine Woche in der Villa Zaz. Wir konnten mit unseren Kindern eine sehr schöne Woche genießen und können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich und die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Es fehlt Einem an nichts und wenn es einmal ein Problem gibt, hilft Igor sehr schnell und löst das Problem (defekter Sonnenschirm war in einer halben Stunden durch einen Neuen ersetzt!). Wir bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft und fühlten uns pudelwohl!

Villa ZAZ is luxury and comfy accomodation for families with kids. Location is quiet and not far from the beaches and towns. We were able to plan our trips to different places every day. The pool and the garden is incredible. There so many things kids can explore.
I appreciate cleanliness.

if you take care of this solitaire your are on the right adresss. its perfectly situated between all the sights in the countryside as well as close to the villages on the sea. you should take time (we unfortunately didnt) to stay one or two days at home and enjoy the garden and the superclean pool (the pool“boy“ - igors papa - is a treasure you never will hear or see him when he does his work). the house itsselves is extraordinary clean and comfortable and homely. its hard to find a comparable house in this part of istria so the decision for zaz is easy. source: airbnb

Die Unterkunft ist exakt so, wie die Bilder vermuten lassen.
Igor und seine Frau sind sehr sympathische Gastgeber und sorgen sich sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste: Begrüßungswein, Olivenöl, sofortige Behebung von Problemen.
Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist gut ausgestattet.
Wir genossen besonders die Außenküche und den großzügigen Pool, sowie die ruhige Lage, die trotzdem in kurzer Zeit Ausflüge nach Pula oder Rovinji ermöglichten. source: airbnb

Haus und Garten sind super schön und perfekt sauber und gepflegt. Alles so wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sogar den einen Regentag sehr genossen weil wir mehr Zeit im Haus verbringen konnten. Es gibt einen Smart TV und sehr viele TV Programme, für die die wert darauf legen. Leider wurde es abends recht frisch, so dass wir die tolle Außenküche nicht mehr nutzen konnten aber wir haben mehrfach dort oder auf der Terrasse frühstücken können. Das Haus liegt super ruhig man hört nich viel außer die Vögel zwitschern. Im Nachbarort kann man einkaufen, es gibt einen Lidl und einen kleinen Konsum. Pula, Porec und Rovinj liegen ca 20–25 Min mit dem Auto entfernt und sich sehr einfach zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehe gern wieder, das war eine tolle Woche in der Villa Zaz. source: airbnb
